The hotel must receive all reservations no later than July 15, 2026 by 12 midnight EST. Any reservation requests received after this date will be subject to hotel availability. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am. An Early Departure Fee will apply equal to one night’s room and tax. A deposit of the first night’s room plus tax is required with all reservation requests. The deposit will be forfeited for all no-shows and for all reservations canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival.
