The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Arizona and Banner University Medical Group is seeking a dynamic BC/BE Gastroenterologist with training/experience in Gastrointestinal Motility Disorders. This individual will be expected to supervise and interpret motility studies, consult on patients with a variety of motility disorders, and perform endoscopic procedures as needed. Candidates should have a strong commitment to clinical care and teaching and will be joining an expanding and dynamic division dedicated to providing exemplary service to our Southern Arizona referral population. The Section of Digestive Diseases at the Yale School of Medicine is recruiting for two faculty positions in GI Motility at the ranks of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor to expand our motility program in pursuit of our goal of providing a wide array of exceptional clinical programs and to enhance our clinical research endeavors. The motility program currently provides evaluation of esophageal and gastric motility, pH-impedance, Bravo, FLIP, anorectal motility, and collaborates with the very active pediatric motility group.Candidates must hold a MD or MD/PhD and be board eligible in gastroenterology. Candidates must also have excellent clinical and research training. Description: The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine / NYU Langone Health invites applications for a gastroenterologist specializing in upper GI motility.

The Division is led by Director Mark B. Pochapin, MD. This faculty position also will be a part of the Center for Esophageal Health at NYU Langone Health, working closely with medical director Abraham Khan, MD.

This position will include building a clinical practice for patients with esophageal and gastric conditions such as GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, eosinophilic esophagitis, achalasia and other swallowing disorders, and gastroparesis. Strong skills in motility and other upper GI procedures will be required.

Second Position Available

Description:

The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine / NYU Langone Health invites applications for a gastroenterologist who has an interest in being trained to specialize in upper GI motility care.

This position will include building a GI clinical practice, while at the same time being trained in upper GI motility procedures. The expectation would be for a transition to a subspecialty practice in upper GI disease within 1 year’s time. This subspecialty practice would involve care of patients with esophageal and gastric conditions such as GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, eosinophilic esophagitis, achalasia and other swallowing disorders, and gastroparesis.

  • Completion of Gastroenterology Fellowship Program
  • Interest in upper GI motility training and eventual subspecialty
